Services

JRD Windshield Repair & Replacement provides auto glass repair, replacement, and ADAS calibration services in the greater Austin, Texas area, in-shop and mobile. Quotes are estimates based on the vehicle and glass information provided and may change if the vehicle differs on inspection. All replacement work includes our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty; chip repairs include a 12-month warranty.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program name: JRD Windshield Repair Service Notifications.

Description: Service-related text messages for customers who book auto glass service — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, and post-service follow-ups including review invitations.

• Message frequency: varies by service; typically 2–5 messages per job.

Payment & insurance

Payment is due on completion of service unless the work is billed to your insurer through an approved claim. You are responsible for any deductible. Returned payments and unpaid balances may incur reasonable collection costs.
